BOA Steakhouse is set to make a grand entrance into Old Town Scottsdale in the first half of 2026, marking a significant return to Arizona for the Innovative Dining Group (IDG).

Located at Southbridge along the Scottsdale Waterfront, this new establishment will be the sixth BOA location, joining others in West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Manhattan Beach, Austin, and Las Vegas.

Known for its modern take on the traditional American steakhouse, BOA has become a favorite among celebrities and food enthusiasts alike.

Executive Chef Brendan Collins will lead the Scottsdale kitchen, bringing his unique blend of British culinary roots and Californian influences.

Chef Collins has an impressive background, including experience in Michelin-starred London restaurants and acclaimed Los Angeles establishments such as Waterloo & City, Fia, and Market Tavern.

In a notable Arizona first, BOA Scottsdale will partner exclusively with the legendary 6666 (Four Sixes) Ranch, renowned for their heritage Black Angus cattle.

This collaboration will introduce a new level of Western prestige to the steakhouse scene, highlighted by the Four Sixes 18 oz dry-aged ribeye.

Emphasizing health-conscious dining, the Scottsdale location will operate a fully seed-oil-free kitchen, utilizing avocado oil, pomace olive oil, and beef tallow.

This initiative, overseen by Chef Collins, aims to maintain BOA's commitment to flavor integrity and innovation.

Diners can look forward to BOA's signature dishes, including the 40-day dry-aged New York strip and A5 Japanese Wagyu.

The menu will also feature an elevated raw bar, handcrafted pastas, indulgent sides, and unique offerings like the Tableside Caesar Salad and the "Boujee" Baked Potato topped with Royal Select caviar.

For plant-based diners, the celebrated vegan "Beyond Steak Filet" will be available.

The dining experience will be complemented by a refined beverage program, showcasing signature cocktails and a Wine Spectator award-winning wine list.

Designed in collaboration with TAG Front and Upward Architects, the 6,925-square-foot restaurant will accommodate 210 guests.

The space includes a 42-seat bar and lounge, a main dining room, and a 58-seat patio.

Two private dining rooms, each seating up to 30 guests, can function independently or combine into a larger space, equipped with full AV and TV capabilities.

Interior elements feature custom architectural ceiling systems, mixed wood tones, rich materials, and bespoke mural wallcoverings, creating an intimate yet modern atmosphere.

As BOA Steakhouse prepares to open its doors in Scottsdale, it joins a vibrant and evolving dining scene in Old Town.

Recent additions include Drake's Hollywood, a restaurant inspired by the glamour of 1930s and 1940s New York and Los Angeles, and Pistoleros Parrilla, a two-story Mexican steakhouse offering a lively atmosphere.

These new establishments, along with BOA, are contributing to the dynamic culinary landscape of Old Town Scottsdale, offering residents and visitors a diverse array of dining experiences.

With its commitment to quality, innovation, and hospitality, BOA Steakhouse is poised to become a standout destination in Scottsdale's dining scene.

As the opening date approaches, anticipation builds for the unique culinary experiences that await at this esteemed establishment.
