Scottsdale's Talking Stick Presents Blues Traveler and Gin Blossoms in Concert 

Music enthusiasts in Scottsdale, mark your calendars for an electrifying evening as Blues Traveler and Gin Blossoms are slated to perform at the Talking Stick Resort on August 30, 2025.

 

Formed in 1987 in Tempe, Arizona, Gin Blossoms catapulted to fame with their 1992 album, New Miserable Experience. The record featured hits like "Hey Jealousy," which became a Top 25 single and achieved gold status. The album's success continued with tracks such as "Allison Road" and "Until I Fall Away," leading to a quadruple platinum certification. Their 1996 follow-up, Congratulations I'm Sorry, went platinum and included the Grammy-nominated "As Long as It Matters" and the Top 10 hit "Follow You Down." The band remains active, sharing stages with acts like Collective Soul and Barenaked Ladies.

 

Also formed in 1987, Blues Traveler emerged from Princeton, New Jersey. Over their illustrious career, they've released 14 studio albums, with combined sales exceeding 10 million units worldwide. Their 1994 hit "Run-Around" holds the record for the longest-charting radio single in Billboard history and earned them a Grammy for Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals. Known for their dynamic live shows, they've performed over 2,000 concerts for more than 30 million fans. Their latest album, Traveler’s Blues (2021), received a Grammy nomination for Best Traditional Blues Album.

 

The concert is scheduled to take place at the Talking Stick Resort Pool, located at 9800 E. Talking Stick Way, Scottsdale, AZ 85256. Gates will open at 5:00 PM, with the show commencing at 6:00 PM. Attendees must be 21 years or older to enter. The event will proceed rain or shine, and both reserved seating and standing room options are available. Please note that swimming will not be permitted during the event, and professional cameras or recording devices are prohibited. All tickets are non-transferable.
