Scottsdale Fashion Square Announces Palm Court Enhancement |
Major Renovation to Elevate Central Gathering Space with Modern Design and New Dining Options |
Scottsdale Fashion Square is set to undergo a significant transformation of its central hub, the Palm Court, aiming to enhance the shopping experience for visitors.
The renovation will introduce a refreshed entryway featuring modern design elements, raised ceilings, and improved sightlines, creating a more open and inviting atmosphere.
Scottsdale shoppers can look forward to new seating areas, updated flooring and lighting, expanded restrooms, and revitalized dining spaces.
A dynamic three-sided digital display will serve as a striking visual centerpiece, adding vibrant energy to the Palm Court.
Adding to the culinary landscape, Edo Japanese Grill will join the existing array of dining options, offering teppanyaki-style meals, sushi rolls, and boba.
Construction is scheduled to commence in January 2026, following the holiday season, with completion anticipated before the 2026 holidays.
Retailers and restaurants will remain open during the renovation, ensuring minimal disruption to shoppers.
This project follows previous enhancements, including the 2018 luxury wing addition and the 2022 south wing expansion, reinforcing Scottsdale Fashion Square's commitment to providing a premier shopping destination.
Macerich, the owner and operator of Scottsdale Fashion Square, continues to invest in the center's evolution, maintaining its status as a leading luxury retail destination in the region.
