This Scottsdale venue will be the sixth BOA Steakhouse, joining esteemed locations in West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Manhattan Beach, Austin, and Las Vegas. Known for its modern take on the traditional American steakhouse, BOA has become a hotspot for celebrities and a go-to destination for memorable celebrations. The restaurant's signature blend of high-energy ambiance and meticulous hospitality has redefined steakhouse dining.

 

Executive Chef Brendan Collins will helm the Scottsdale kitchen, bringing his unique fusion of British culinary traditions and Californian influences. With experience in Michelin-starred London establishments and notable Los Angeles restaurants like Waterloo & City, Fia, and Market Tavern, Chef Collins is poised to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

 

In a pioneering move for Arizona, BOA Scottsdale will collaborate exclusively with the legendary 6666 (Four Sixes) Ranch. This partnership will introduce premium Black Angus beef to the menu, including an 18-ounce dry-aged ribeye sourced from heritage cattle, adding a distinctive Western flair to the steakhouse offerings.

 

Aligning with contemporary culinary trends, the Scottsdale location will operate a completely seed-oil-free kitchen. Utilizing avocado oil, pomace olive oil, and beef tallow, this approach ensures that BOA's renowned flavors remain uncompromised while catering to evolving guest preferences.

 

Diners can anticipate BOA's signature dishes, such as the 40-day dry-aged New York strip and A5 Japanese Wagyu. The menu will also feature an elevated raw bar, handcrafted pastas, indulgent sides, and interactive dining experiences like the Tableside Caesar Salad and the opulent "Boujee" Baked Potato topped with Royal Select caviar. For plant-based patrons, the vegan "Beyond Steak Filet" offers a sophisticated alternative. These culinary delights will be complemented by a refined beverage program, showcasing signature cocktails and a Wine Spectator award-winning wine list.

 

The restaurant's design, a collaboration between TAG Front and Upward Architects, will span 6,925 square feet, accommodating 210 guests. The semi-open floor plan includes a 42-seat bar and lounge, a main dining room, and a 58-seat patio. Two private dining rooms, each seating up to 30 guests, can function independently or combine into a larger space, both equipped with full audiovisual capabilities. Interior elements will feature custom architectural ceiling systems, mixed wood tones, rich materials, and bespoke mural wallcoverings, creating an intimate yet modern atmosphere.
